k bá ti dànù, gbogbo enia lo ma n di awak
TRANSLATION
After a vehicle had an accident everyone would become a driver
APPLICATION
It is a proverb stating that everyone will feel they know better after an incident has taken place. After accident’s occurrence, everyone would be saying the driver ought to drive like this or that, saying the driver ought to apply brakes or not they will be shifting blames just to show that the person has erred. Another example that comes to mind is the issue of footballers while playing, the spectators would be saying the player ought to play like this and like that, the player ought to use left leg or pass the ball but he failed but when they also come to the field of play they would not perform better.
A proverb that shows that man naturally will start shifting blame after an incident most especially an ugly incident has happened.
