APPLICATION  Sometimes  if not all the times,  when someone promises to give someone something,  particularly money,  the person ’s heart will be there, and he will  start planning on how to use the money, and when this happens, by the time ther person finishes his/her analysis on what he or she is expecting from the person, she or he will just discover that the money is not enough as there would be other things that she or he will still  be in need of but which cannot be catered for by the money promised to be given the person,because the money has been fixed . This will make him or her to start looking for  other means of getting money to settle th ose other  thing s needed .
