I know my people
I know how they
Think you, members of
Press ought to know too
That illiterate people abound

There are people who
Would carry false information
To create panic, while
There are people who
Would not think right

When fear is developed
In the heart of people
Those who would injure
Themselves and or die
Because of the panic situations

Would be more than
Those who would be
Screened positive for
The test, for some due
To ignorance would think


Such disease gets contracted
Through air, they would
Think it is flying
In the air and
Would rest on anyone and everyone

Some would think the
World is about to
Be destroyed. These and
Other weird developments
Should be prevented from happening.

Therefore, the news is paused
Ensuring that the needed information
Are gotten and subsequently shared
Across through media and use
Of town criers at rural settings

To pass across correct
Messages to ancients and
Youngs that they may
Know that they have
Not been sentenced to death

With what has been
Set in motion I
Am confident that there
Won’t be panic situations
As people would respond well

Statistics of the samples
Gotten have confirmed this, my
People would come out
Strong and better of this
For it’s well handled.
